Hotels and Timeshare Resorts – Whether you’re staying in one of our family-friendly hotels or your favorite timeshare property, we’ll deliver gear to all types of vacation accommodations.
Most times, Items are ready and waiting for you at the bell desk of your resort before you arrive under the name on the reservation. Once you’ve checked in, you’d call the bell desk and have a bell man bring the items to your room.
Vacation Rentals– We’ll gladly make that gorgeous AirBnb you’re renting or hosting feel more like home. Delivery (& pick up) is typically arranged with the host or property manager. You’d forward his/her contacts to me so everything is delivered & waiting on you. Another option is to deliver after you’ve settled in.
Residences – If you’re traveling to visit loved ones or hosting out-of-town family members, we’re happy to deliver your gear ahead of time, so your little one will have a cozy crib waiting for them after a long day of travel.
Marinas – If your adventures are taking you on our beautiful waters, we’ll deliver equipment directly to the boat/vessel your reservation is under. A slip number is not necessary but would be helpful if it’s available. You’d also need to provide a contact number that can receive incoming calls or text to arrange delivery & pick up.
Airports – If you’d prefer to have us meet you at one of our airports, we’d ask for your flight details and monitor your flight status. You’d simply give us a call or text once you’ve landed and we’d tell you where to meet! Due to logistics and potential delays, there’s an additional fee for airport deliveries.
Concierge Services
These services are customized, so once you’ve completed check out with the service(s) as a part of your order, a request for any more relevant info will be made to determine final costs.

Airport Transfers – A driver would be assigned to you and waiting outside the terminal holding a sign with your name on it. Your driver’s name and phone number would be emailed to you 2 days before your flight. If you’d like to stop at the grocery and/or liquor store on the way to your destination, please let us know once your booking has been submitted. Additional fees may apply.
Babysitting – A babysitter would be assigned to you (if multiple days are chosen, I try to keep the same sitter for your child). If you’d like to “get a feel” for her prior to your arrival, a WhatsApp call can be arranged. A copy of the sitter’s government-issued ID, police character certificate and CPR certificate would be sent 2 days before service. Once booked, a “Babysitting Request Form” to provide further details would be sent via email.
- 3 hour minimum – a $75 deposit is required
- $25 valet fee will be added if you’re staying at a hotel
Personal Shopping – Please look out for a link for you to provide your shopping list (quantities and preferred brands, if any) to be completely 48 hours prior to arrival ideally. However, items would be purchased on your arrival date for maximum freshness, so last minute items can often be accommodated.
Groceries are delivered in the same way as baby gear as described above.
